Statement 1 is correct: Akbar set up a new path which was compounded of
many existing religions Hinduism, Christianity, Zoroastrianism,etc. The &ldquo;tauhid-i-Ilahi&rdquo; was really an order of the Sufistic type, which literally means Divine Monotheism'.
It is also known as &ldquo;Din-e-illahi&rdquo;

Statement 2 is correct: Membership in Din-e-Ilahi was voluntary and subject to the emperor&rsquo;s approval. Individuals who wished to join had to be personally accepted by Akbar. Sunday was designated as the official day for initiation into the order.

Statement 3 not correct: Unlike traditional religions, Din-e-Ilahi had no sacred texts, priestly hierarchy, places of worship, or prescribed rituals and ceremonies, apart from the initiation process.
