Statement 1 is not correct: Customised Credit Cards with a ₹5 lakh limit will be provided to micro enterprises (not medium) registered on Udyam portal. In the first year, 10 lakh such cards will be issued.

Statement 2 is not correct: To help (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) MSMEs achieve higher efficiencies of scale, technological upgradation and better access to capital, the investment and turnover limits for classification of all MSMEs have been enhanced to 2.5 and 2 times, respectively.

Statement 3 is correct: A new scheme for 5 lakh women, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes first-time entrepreneurs will be launched. This will provide term loans of up to ₹2 crores during the next 5 years.
