The New Pamban Rail Bridge stands as a testament to India's engineering prowess, marking its place as the country's first vertical lift sea bridge. Strategically located, it connects Mandapam on the mainland of Tamil Nadu to the renowned Rameswaram Island, traversing the vast Palk Strait.
